MAJOR FUNCTION:

As the Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development (L&D) you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs within an organization. This position will foster a culture of continuous learning and development within an organization, contributing to employee growth and overall organizational success for Inspira Health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or related required.
  • Master's in human resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or related preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience

Certification/ Licensure:

  • Relevant certifications in learning and development or human resources preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and tools.
