Education and Resources

Patients diagnosed with cancer need support to cope with the physical, emotional and practical issues related to the disease. To fulfill this need, Inspira Cancer Services offers a variety of cancer screenings, support groups and community education programs. Our cancer program also features patient navigators for both breast and prostate cancer. These caring staff members act as health care advocates offering support, educational information and practical tips for coping with the challenges of the disease.

It is our goal to provide a wide variety of educational programs to raise awareness of cancer and reduce the impact of cancer in our region. For more information please call (856) 641-8670.

Free Cancer Education Services from NJ CEED

Inspira is the lead provider for the NJ Cancer Education and Early Detection (NJ CEED) program in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. We offer free screenings for community members who are uninsured or underinsured, to encourage early detection of cancer, when it is most treatable. Many cancers have a greater than 90% cure rate when they are caught early. Our screening programs also include an educational component designed to help you reduce your cancer risk and promote the early detection of cancer.
