Inspira Health Network Employee Benefits Overview

The purpose of this overview is to provide a brief description of the benefits available to the employees and prospective employees of Inspira Health Network. Inspira offers its employees an excellent benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.

  Medical Insurance Plan
The Inspira Medical Insurance is administered by through Qualcare Inc. There is no need to identify Primary Care Physicians or get referrals as a member of this plan. Inspira also offers a Health SavingsAccount (HSA) administered by Horizon BC/BS
  Prescription Plan
The Inspira Prescription Plan is administered through CVS Caremark. This benefit allows you to purchase necessary prescription drugs at a much-reduced cost after a small co-payment.
  Vision Care Reimbursement Plan
The Vision Care Plan provides affordable, quality vision care, nationwide. Through Spectera's provider network, you will receive a complete eye examination, as well as materials (if needed).
  Dental Insurance Plan
The Inspira Dental Insurance Plan is managed through Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield Dental of New Jersey. Under this plan, a member has 2 options from which to choose.
  Flexible Spending Program
This benefit allows you to pay for health premiums, unreimbursed medical, dental and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars
  Group Life Insurance
Inspira provides all benefit eligible employees with Group Life Insurance Coverage at no cost to the employee. This coverage consists of 2 times Base Annual Earnings. Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is an amount equal to Basic Life amount. This plan is administered through the New Jersey Hospital Association. Voluntary Supplemental Life insurance can be purchased and paid for via payroll deduction
  Retirement Plan
Inspira offers eligible employees a Pension Plan once eligibility requirements are met. The Inspira Pension Plan is a defined contribution plan totally funded by the Health System. Additionally a 403b retirement savings plan is offered through Diversified Investments with a matching contribution for eligible employees.
  Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance of up to $4,000 per year is available to eligible employees. This includes assistance for collegiate education and nationally recognized certification courses.
  Paid Time Off
Inspira has a program in which you accrue time off each pay period based on your job title and your length of service. Vacation accrual is based on length of service. Long term sick time is accrued for the purpose of any lengthy illness.

  Other Benefits
Voluntary benefits provided by AFLAC and The Farmington Company as well as employee discounts: employee assistance programs; and daycare reimbursement.
