Margaret Brooks

Margaret Brooks, MS, RD, CSSD, located out of Inspira Health Fitness Connection – Vineland, holds a BS degree in nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth’s and UMDNJ-School of Health Related Professions, as well as MS degree in health education form Saint Joseph’s. Since her time in the field, Margaret has worked 15 years in long-term care before coming to Inspira where she has worked as an outpatient dietitian since 2009. As a member of the bariatric team, Margaret works closely with bariatric patients in preparation for surgery. Other areas of interest include weight management, sports nutrition, and diabetes.



Bradee Rojas, MS, RD

Bradee Rojas, MS, RD is located at Inspira Health Center Woodbury. Bradee received a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from LaSalle University and holds a Master of Science in Health Education Degree from Arcadia University. Bradee has spent more than 10 years working in the clinical inpatient setting, where she gained experience working with patients with various medical conditions. Bradee joined Inspira Health’s outpatient nutrition team in 2018. Bradee enjoys educating patients on how to life their best life in a healthy way, no matter their disease state. She works alongside the diabetes self-management education team to provide diabetes education in both individual and group settings. Other areas of interest include adult weight management, bariatric nutrition counseling, and nutrition therapy for various diseases.



Susan R. Schlegel, RD

Susan R. Schlegel, RD, is located at Inspira Health Center Woodbury. She received a bachelor of science degree in Human Ecology with a nutrition emphasis from the University of Dayton. She completed an internship in a large level one trauma center in Dayton, OH. The majority of Susan’s professional experience has been in the outpatient setting including individual, group, and community audiences. Susan is a key contributor to the education component of the cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs at Inspira. She is also available to see patients in the patient and community department at the Woodbury location. She enjoys participating in an interdisciplinary approach in helping clients meeting their personal health goals as well as improving patient outcomes. Areas of expertise include but not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight loss/obesity.



Diana P. Wind RDN, CSOWM

For over 20 years, Diana Wind has been providing healthy diet and lifestyle education to South Jersey families. She considers herself a natural foods pioneer. Her former health food store and restaurant that was among the first in South Jersey to sell organically grown foods. “I remember driving to Albert’s Organics in Kennett Square back in the days before you could find any organic produce in grocery stores.” She also worked as a chef and graduated with gold medal honors from the Academy of Culinary Arts. She received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers, the State University of NJ and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in 2011. She became a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management for all ages in 2017.

Diana also is as a member of Adjunct Faculty at Rowan University’s Dept of Health & Exercise Science teaching dietetic interns and serves on Rowan’s Coordinated Master’s Program in Nutrition and Dietetics Advisory Committee.

Diana Wind is trained in Motivational Interviewing and enjoys helping families prevent and treat diseases and reach their personal nutrition and health goals. She is now studying to become a diabetes care and education specialist.



Carmen del R. Garcia

Carmen del R. Garcia is a registered dietitian and certified in Adult Weight Management under the Commission of Dietetic Registration. She joined Inspira Health Network in 2006. She holds a Bachelor degree in Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Puerto Rico and earned a Master degree in Science from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed the dietetic internship at Marywood University. She is proficient in Spanish and English. Carmen goal is to help individuals achieve their goals for a healthy lifestyle.



Diana R. Alvarado, RDN CDE

First, joined the Inspira family as a dietetic intern, and later accepted a position in 2011. Diana completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science at Drexel University. She later received her certification in diabetes education. Diana chose nutrition because she is fascinated with how the human body and nutrition work together. Diana is passionate about providing the knowledge on how to support our health through nutrition, as well as, working together to help apply the knowledge in everyday life.
