Pulmonary Therapy

Pulmonary Therapy
The pulmonary therapy program is designed to help its patients return to the highest functional performance possible. The experienced professional staff monitors the exercise program.
They also provide each participant with the tools to reach the highest possible level of independent functioning within the limitations of the pulmonary disease.

A registered dietitian is part of the program’s team to provide nutrition counseling, to answer questions, and to follow-up with participants as they progress through the program.

Pulmonary therapy can benefit patients with:
  • Chronic respiratory illness, including COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • asthma
  • emphysema
  • bronchitis
  • bronchiectasis
  • sarcoidosis
  • pre and post lung surgery, including lung transplant candidates.
