Cardiac Therapy

The staff of the Inspira cardiac therapy programs is committed to helping its patients return to the highest level of cardiovascular health, performance, and well-being. Cardiac therapy is a gradual, progressive, and monitored exercise program. In addition to the individualized exercise routine, risk reduction education is provided by the nurses.

The program’s registered dietitian provides nutrition counseling to everyone enrolled in the program. The dietitian is available for questions and follow-up as participants progress through the program.
