This position is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Respiratory Care process of assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery towards the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or completion of one of the education requirements set by the NBRC.
- Respiratory Care experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- Active RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Registered Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory Care required.
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) required.
- ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
