Who Needs These Services?
The Inspira- Child Development Center (CDC) provides comprehensive multi-disciplinary team services for children with confirmed or suspected developmental, neurobehavioral and learning disabilities. Services are available from infancy to age 21 years. The Multidisciplinary Team approach is used to provide evaluation, individualized treatment planning and resources services for families of children who have developmental issues, behavioral disorders and special healthcare needs.
The Inspira-Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Diagnostic Center is one of six Regional FAS Diagnostic Centers in New Jersey.
The Inspira-FAS Diagnostic Center provides comprehensive, state of the art evaluations and treatment planning for children exposed to alcohol in utero.

Inspira Health Center Vineland offers an Early Intervention Program (EIP) for children age birth to age three years who are eligible for New Jersey Early Intervention Services (NJEIS) based on developmental delay(s)/disability. The NJEIS, under the NJ Department of Health, provides Early Intervention Evaluations at no cost to families in the child's natural environment. Inspira EIP provides initial and annual early intervention evaluations to children and families in Cumberland County, NJ. An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed for all eligible children based on the familiy's priorities and concerns. Early intervention services which may include developmental intervention, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, and family training are provided in the child's natural environment. These services are provided in accordance with the IFSP to support the family/caregiver in enhancing the child's capacities. The Statewide Toll Free NJEIS Referral Number is (888) 653-4463.
