Vineland, NJ (September 21) - SJH RehabCare joins the National Rehabilitation Awareness Foundation and more than 6,500 facilities nationwide in observing National Rehabilitation Awareness during the week of Sept 18 – 24.
This week is designed to promote the value of rehabilitation; highlight the capabilities of people with disabilities; to salute the professionals who provide service to people with disabilities; and to renew our nation's commitment to fulfill the unmet needs of people with disabilities.
Patient appreciation activities at all SJH RehabCare and SJH Sports RehabCare locations began on Monday, September 19 and will continue through Saturday, September 24.
SJH RehabCare will wrap up the observance of this occasion by promoting its women’s services, along with other department vendors, at the SJH Women’s Health Education and Screening Day hosted at SJH Regional Medical Center from 9 am – 1 pm. There, participants can receive a variety of free health screenings as well as participate in free yoga, Zumba and line dancing sessions.
