Nandini N. Kulkarni, MD, FACS, a fellowship-trained, board certified
surgical oncologist, is a member of the Inspira Medical Group
Oncologic Surgery in Vineland, NJ.
specializes in oncological surgery with an emphasis on liver and
pancreatic resections, gastric and colorectal resections, treatment
of breast cancer and soft tissue sarcoma, as well as comprehensive
management of melanoma (and other) skin cancers.
completed her medical school training in 2000 at the Kasturba Medical
College in Manipal, India. She trained in premier institutions in
India for surgery and surgical oncology. She then completed her
surgical residency at Abington Memorial Hospital followed by her
fellowship in complex surgical oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in
Philadelphia. She is double board certified in general surgery as
well as complex general surgical oncology.
As an active member
in several organizations, including the Society of Surgical Oncology,
Association of Academic Surgeons, American Society of Clinical
Oncology and the American Medical Association, Dr. Kulkarni has
authored numerous research articles and national presentations, as
well as a chapter on melanoma in the medical book, Surgical Oncology
Clinics of North America.
With over 12 years
of surgical training and nearly 20 years’ experience as a medical
professional with over 2000 surgeries performed in training and
practice, she combines her passion for learning and research with
genuine regard for improving the lives and experience of patients
suffering from cancer. She is available to see patients at the
Inspira Medical Group Oncologic Surgery Center in Vineland, NJ.
