Inspira’s mission is to improve the lives of all we serve, and we recognize that technology plays a big part in that: partnering and mentoring with young people in these fields is vital to this mission.
In the Fall of 2018, Inspira will partner with Vineland Public Schools AMSA (Applied Math and Science Academy), an intensive six-year program comprised of passionate and brilliant young minds, to support their student health technology initiatives and help them apply what they learn in the classroom back into the community in which they live.
The partnership will be three-fold beginning with a $10,000 grant to the AMSA program. Inspira will also be purchasing 100 CodeCombat licenses for students to learn coding and training for teachers on how to teach coding. CodeCombat is designed for students to learn computer science and feature courses focused on excelling in the classroom. The CodeCombat program is easy for teachers with little to no prior programming experience.
