Mullica Hill, NJ (March 27, 2023) – The Philadelphia Inquirer and NJ Advance Media (NJ.com) named Inspira Health as one of the Top Workplaces for 2023 in the “Large Companies” category for each news outlet’s respective awards program. Winners for both were chosen based solely on employee feedback. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

“At Inspira Health, caring is at the basis of everything we do; it is the way we treat our patients, each other and every person that we come into contact with throughout our organization,” said Amy Mansue, President and CEO of Inspira Health. “This recognition highlights our dedication to providing high-quality care to our patients in a positive culture that fosters employee pride, loyalty and most importantly, increased patient satisfaction. It is an honor to have our great work environment recognized.”

Every employee for each of the organizations on the Best Workplaces 2023 lists for both the Philadelphia Inquirer and NJ.com were given a 24-question survey. The surveys for both Top Workplaces awards were administered by Energage LLC, the Exton-based survey partner. Energage conducts Top Workplaces surveys in more than 60 markets nationwide.

“Inspira Health is constantly looking at new ways to enhance our employee experience, whether it’s by creating a more inclusive community workforce, developing succession and growth plans, or finding new ways to support each other,” said Anneliese McMenamin, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Inspira Health. “We also believe in the Total Rewards philosophy, which helps foster a culture where our employees are proud to work at Inspira and feel more grounded and connected to the care they provide.”

Last year, Inspira Health was named to the “Large Companies” category for both The Philadelphia Inquirer’s NJ.com’s Top Workplaces 2022 surveys, also administered by Energage.

“Earning Top Workplaces awards are a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
