This award recognizes Courtney as a vital asset to the growth and success of Inspira’s ambulatory services through her proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
“Courtney's passion for guiding others to the path of excellence and her strategic, innovative spirit epitomize our values," says Amy Mansue, President and CEO of Inspira Health. "Her leadership and efforts to drive positive change have been instrumental in improving our ambulatory services that offer critical medical care and support to our community beyond traditional hospital settings. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and unwavering commitment for advancing our mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to patients.”
Most recently, Courtney has been instrumental in overseeing Inspira’s Access Transformation project, which implemented centralized scheduling and clinical support for Inspira Medical Group (IMG), allowing staff to further elevate their clinical expertise and create the highest-quality patient experience. To date, the Access Transformation project has spanned 16 IMG practices and has saved the equivalent of more than 10,000 hours of administration time. Her work has also allowed Inspira to increase access for new patients; support meaningful, direct patient care interactions; and improve employee retention.
“Courtney's ability to motivate her team to be the best version of themselves through encouragement of autonomy, critical thinking and innovation, made her a perfect candidate for this award,” says John Saffioti, System Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Inspira Health. “Her recent work has been essential in shaping our organization’s success and exemplifies our culture of fostering continuous improvement. Our team extends its enthusiastic congratulations to Courtney on this well-deserved honor, and we look forward to her continued contributions to Inspira Health.”
The NJHA Emerging Leaders Award recognizes those who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to innovation and who exhibit strong potential as a leader. To earn the distinction, the individual must be a pioneer for forward-thinking solutions, exhibit dedication to and deep knowledge of health care, and exemplify best practices for up-and-coming leadership.
