Inspira MyChart

Currently, only selected parts of your medical record are available, including: 

• Laboratory results 
• Radiology reports including X-ray, CT scan, ultrasounds, MRIs and mammography 
• Diagnostic reports, including cardiology reports, colonoscopies, endoscopies, inpatient physician notes and procedure documents 
• Inpatient and emergency department discharge summary and instructions 
• Prescribed patient education 
• Visit summaries from inpatient, emergency department, urgent care and Inspira 
• Medical Group visits Medication list as recorded in your chart 
• COVID-19 test results

Information will become available at various times after your visit, depending on the procedure. Ask your provider for more information on test result timing.

Your medical information is pulled directly from your electronic health record. You will see information from your visits to Inspira Health locations and Inspira Medical Group. It does not contain information from any visits to independent physicians’ offices outside our organization, even if those physicians work with Inspira Health.

Click the “Health Record” button from the side navigation. Here, you can choose to view different categories of information, including: Results, COVID-19 Results, Documents, Medications, Procedures, Visit Summaries, Diagnostic Imaging, Pathology, Clinical Notes and Microbiology. Under “Visit Summaries,” you can download a summary of your care for any of your visits.

The Inspira MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at Inspira. If you believe there is an error in your medical information, please complete the Request for Amendment of Protected Health Information.

For patients under the age of 12, full access can be set up for parents and/or legal guardians with proof noted in the chart by requesting an invitation at the Inspira Medical Group practice or by calling the Health Information Management Department at (856) 641-7581. 

For existing proxy accounts for minors, access to medical information will be deactivated at age 12.

This is not recommended. Each person should have their own account. That way, you will always have the choice in the future to stop sharing your information with another person.

For emergency or life-threatening concerns, call 9-1-1 immediately. For non-emergency messages, you can select “Send a Message” from the dashboard or select “Messaging” from the sidebar navigation. You can enter your provider’s name or practice name, select the subject and compose a message. Please allow two business days for a response.

Whenever a response or a new message is waiting for you in MyChart, an email or text message will be sent to the email address or mobile number you have registered on your account. The message can only be viewed in MyChart. To protect the privacy of your medical information, we will never send medical information directly to your email account.

Yes. Select “Health Records” from the sidebar navigation, then “Medications.” Click the “Renew” button, enter the provider or practice name, check the medication to be renewed and click “Send.”

There are several options for creating an account: 

• Self-enroll here. If you have a patient record with Inspira, you can verify your identity through PreciseID to access MyChart. 
• Request an account at your Inspira Medical Group practice. You will need to provide an activation code to claim your invitation. 
• Call the Health Information Management Department at (856) 641-7581.

You will need a valid email address and access to a computer connected to the internet and up-to-date internet browser or a mobile device or tablet with the MyChart app.

Yes, MyChart is available through an application on smartphones and tablets. To get the smartphone application, visit your app store and search for MyChart.

Your email address is required as your login identity. Additionally, when new information is sent to your MyChart account, you will receive an email letting you know it is available.

Click on your name on the top navigation to access settings and select “Notifications.” You can choose how you would like to be notified when you receive a message or results in your MyChart patient portal.

Click on your name on the top navigation to access settings and select “Profile” to update personal information. Select “Patient Information” to view data from your electronic health record.

Click on your name on the top navigation to access settings and select “Sign in and Security.” You can edit your email address, password and mobile phone number.

You can reset your password from the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.

Yes, MyChart is a safe website as required by state and federal laws. You can only view your health information in the patient portal using your email and password. Unlike regular email, all MyChart messaging occurs while you are securely logged in to the patient portal. To stop unauthorized use, all health information is stored safely behind our firewall in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Inspira has rules in place regarding the use of all health records by our staff and employees and has carefully outlined the only circumstances under which your health information may be shared with anyone outside the system. These rules comply with state and federal law and are designed to protect your privacy.
