A Partnership Rooted in Community Well-Being
Since the partnership began, Inspira and the Wings have worked hand in hand to promote health, safety and youth development. Inspira’s presence can be seen at every home game, from the Inspira logo on the Wings home jersey to co-branded in-arena features that highlight our shared mission.
Inspira is also the presenting sponsor of Wingston, the Wings’ mascot. Wingston’s appearances across South Jersey, including special visits to Inspira locations, help spark joy for young patients and families while raising awareness of community wellness initiatives.
About Sticks for Students
Sticks for Students, presented by Inspira Health, is an engaging school-based program that introduces K-12 students to lacrosse through hands-on activities, health education and positive encouragement.
During each assembly, Wings players and Wingston lead students through an interactive, Jeopardy-style lacrosse challenge. Students learn the basics of the game, experience movement in a fun and accessible format and hear positive messages about staying active and making healthy choices.

How Sticks for Students Reaches Students Across South Jersey
Elementary School Assemblies
Each year, Inspira and the Wings deliver high-energy assemblies at schools throughout Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. Students enjoy player demonstrations, games and opportunities to engage with Wingston. Families receive complimentary tickets to select Wings games to continue the fun and reinforce the connection between physical activity and community.
Middle School Curriculum and Equipment Support
To help schools build sustainable lacrosse opportunities, Sticks for Students provides participating middle schools with a lacrosse curriculum, teacher materials and a full set of equipment, including sticks, balls and goals. This gives educators everything they need to introduce the sport during physical education classes.
High School Team Engagement
For high school athletes, Sticks for Students fosters connection and team pride by offering complimentary tickets to Wings home games and recognizing local lacrosse programs during in-arena announcements. These experiences help strengthen school communities and celebrate youth athletes across the region.
