Organization of Nurse Leaders – NJ Honors Three Inspira Health Nurses 

Mullica Hill, NJ – Inspira Health is proud to announce that three of its clinical leaders were presented with Nursing Leadership Awards by The Organization of Nurse Leaders of New Jersey (ONL NJ). The award winners included Rachel Lindsay, MSN, RN, as the 2022 Administrative Supervisor recipient; Tracey Leer, MSN, RN, CEN, FNP-BC, as the 2022 Divisional Leader recipient; and Sami Abate, PhD, MSHS, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNML, as the 2022 Professional Recognition recipient. 

 

The Administrative Supervisor Award recognizes Lindsay’s exceptional leadership, guidance, and service to Inspira Health as the nurse leader present during shifts not generally covered by administrative leaders. The Divisional Leader Award recognizes Tracey Leer’s exceptional leadership of the Emergency/Pediatric Nursing Operational Services at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill and Inspira Health Center Woodbury. The Professional Recognition Award recognizes Sami Abate for her nursing leadership through professional achievement that has made a significant impact on nursing.

Four additional Inspira clinical leaders were nominated for Nursing Leadership Awards: Kimberly Talley, MSN, RN, CRNP, LSSGB, CNML-BC, FABC (Nurse Executive award category); Tia Sheck, MSN, RN, CCRN, CNML (Nurse Leader award category); Sheetal Stewart, BSN, RN, MCSRN (Aspiring Nurse Leader award category); and Sherry Remy, MSN, RN, CEN (Innovations in the Continuum of Care award category).
