Westwood Women’s Health Center Joins Inspira Medical Group

Westwood Women’s Health Center has joined the multidisciplinary Inspira Medical Group, providing area women with comprehensive gynecologic services, prenatal and postnatal care with delivery at Inspira Medical Center Woodbury, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.  

The Westwood group, which has served women across South Jersey for more than 30 years, is led by a team of experienced OBGYN practitioners, including Benjamin DiJoseph, Jr., D.O., Neely Elisha, D.O., Azieb Lofton, D.O., Lauryn McNally, D.O., and Susan Gominger, A.P.N.-C.

“Westwood Women’s Health Center and Inspira have a shared commitment to providing patients with the best care possible,” said Dr. DiJoseph. “By joining Inspira Medical Group, we will be able to expand our services and our doctors can spend even more of their time on what matters most…our patients.”   

Benjamin DiJoseph, Jr., D.O.

Benjamin DiJoseph, Jr., D.O., is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has 16 years’ experience caring for women across South Jersey. He earned his doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. Dr. DiJoseph then completed his internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he served as chief administrative resident. He has also been published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association

Neely Elisha D.O.

Neely Elisha, D.O., earned her doctoral degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s School of Osteopathic Medicine. She subsequently completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Inspira Medical Center Vineland. In addition to her medical education, Dr. Elisha earned a bachelor’s degree in modern European history from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Azieb Lofton, D.O.

Azieb Lofton, D.O., joins Inspira Medical Group with more than 14 years’ experience as a women’s health professional in South Jersey. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of The American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lofton earned her doctoral degree in 1996 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, New Jersey.

Lauryn McNally, D.O.

Lauryn McNally, D.O., is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her doctoral degree in 2008 from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glen Head, New York. She completed residencies in obstetrics and gynecology at the Riverside Regional Medical Center and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in California, followed by training in gynecologic robotic surgery at the City of Hope in California. Dr. McNally has lectured on women’s health topics at various academic institutions.

Susan Gominger, A.P.N.-C.

Susan Gominger, A.P.N.-C., joined Inspira Medical Group with more than 40 years of nursing experience. She graduated from Gloucester County College with an Associate’s in Arts and Science in Nursing in 1973 followed by a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University in 1990. Gominger also holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, which she obtained in 1996 as well as a Post Masters of Nursing in OBGYN – Women’s Health in 2003.

Westwood joins Inspira Medical Group’s team of women’s health professionals, which includes specialists in breast surgery, midwifery, maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and urogynecology.
