Smoking and Tobacco Quit Center
When you're ready to quit, Inspira's Quit Center is ready to help.
Quitting tobacco may be the single best thing you can do to improve your health.
In fact, just 24 hours after you stop using tobacco, your risk of heart attack begins to decrease. Five to 15 years later, your risk of stroke will be the same as a person who never used tobacco.
Our Approach to Smoking Cessation
Whether you are trying to quit for the first time or have tried other programs before, we believe every attempt is a step in the right direction.
Our experts understand the science behind both physical and emotional nicotine addiction. They employ proven strategies to help you quit for good.
Provider-Assisted Programming
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), tobacco users trying to quit can double or triple their chances by getting counseling, medicine or both. Our programs all feature trained medical professionals who provide both.
Whether you’re taking steps to quit smoking, using smokeless tobacco products or vaping, Inspira provides comprehensive services, all at no cost.
This program is supported by the New Jersey Department of Health (DOH), Community Health Services (CHS) Office of Tobacco Free, Nutrition and Fitness (OTFNF).
