Gift Shop Sales Associate - Gift Shop -PART TIME VARIED SHIFT Vineland

MAJOR FUNCTION:

To assist in the operation of the Inspira Health Gift and/or Thrift Shops. This includes, but is not limited to, the merchandising and staffing involved in running a retail or resale establishment. Assist in the coordination, training and mentoring/supervision of the volunteers working in the Gift and Thrift Shops.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or resale business.

Certification/Licensure:

• N/A

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written and training skills needed to operate a retail/resale establishment.
• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Superior customer service/ customer relations skills.
