The facility, which is conveniently located at Inspira Health Center Bridgeton, is certified by the national Medical Fitness Association and has been serving area residents for more than 30 years.
“We are very excited to now offer area residents and our employees 24/7 gym access,” said Bruce Willson, director of Inspira Fitness Connection. “Many of our community members work night shift jobs and our new around-the-clock access will allow them to maintain their health and wellness at a time that fits their schedule.”
Inspira Fitness Connection Bridgeton offers certified professional staff and recently upgraded all of its cardio equipment.
