Woodbury, NJ (November 30, 2022)Inspira Health has selected Dynamis Advisors (Dynamis) to design a revitalization plan for the remainder of its Woodbury campus, which is currently under redevelopment.

Since last November, Inspira has been executing upon its multi-phased, multi-year construction and redevelopment project at Woodbury, including the remodel of its medical office building and family medicine center, as well as the demolition of existing buildings to make space for a new building that will house a satellite emergency department and inpatient behavioral health program. A new EMS station will also be built.

With that initiative underway, Inspira’s next step is to begin the design process for developing the remainder of the campus south of Oak Street. To spearhead this development, Inspira will partner with Dynamis, an organization that, for nearly three decades, has focused on the intersection of community health and neighborhood planning.

“Dynamis has a long history of imagining, designing and executing transformative plans for hospital properties, such as ours, and we look forward to their next steps in further developing the Woodbury space,” said Amy Mansue, President and CEO of Inspira Health. “The campus is designed to center around the health needs of our community, and we are confident that our collaboration with Dynamis will reaffirm our commitment to those we serve through a dynamic, health-based campus.”

Inspira’s partnership with Dynamis will begin with a four- to five-month planning process beginning in Q4 2022, inclusive of internal and external stakeholder engagement, to develop a detailed vision for the campus transformation.
