- employee engagement; and

In the profile accompanying the list, Becker's noted Inspira Health's multifaceted employee wellness programs and incentives; its 10 consecutive American Heart Association's Fit-Friendly Worksite designations; and its turnover rates, which are below the national benchmarks. Inspira was one of just seven New Jersey-based organizations to make the list.
