In honor of Heart Month, Inspira Spirit of Women hosted a webinar to empower women to take charge of their own heart health.

Did you know?

Every 40 seconds someone in the United States has a heart attack.
There are many things we can do to decrease our risk:
- Quit smoking
- Eat a heart healthy diet
- 30 minutes of activity per day
The best way for you to take an active role in your heart health is to know your cholesterol numbers in order to truly collaborate with your health care team.
