Yearly:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Depression Screening
- Dental Exam (Discuss with Dentist)
- Discuss cholesterol, diabetes and risk of Sexually Transmitted Infections including HIV
35+:
- Cholesterol Every 5 Years
- Discuss recommended vaccinations such as HPV, tetanus, whooping cough & flu
Every 5-10 Years:
- Vision Screening (more often for high-risk)
40's
Yearly:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Depression Screening
- Dental Exam (Discuss with Dentist)
- Discuss risk of Sexually Transmitted Infections including HIV
45+
- Discuss prostate screenings
