- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Depression Screening
- Dental Exam (Discuss with Dentist)
- Discuss cholesterol, diabetes, and risk of Sexually Transmitted Infections including HIV
- Discuss recommended vaccinations such as HPV, tetanus, whooping cough & flu
Every 3 Years:
- Cervical Cancer Screening: Pap Test
Every 5-10 Years:

40's
