Inspira Health Hospital Earned High Performing Scores from U.S. News & World Report

Aug 9, 2021

In the annual U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals rankings released on July 27, Inspira Health hospitals earned high performing ratings for six surgical procedures and medical conditions. Hospitals that are ranked in the top 10% of all rated hospitals in the country, are designated as high performing.

Inspira Medical Center Vineland received this positive rating for: diabetes; heart failure; kidney failure; and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Inspira Medical Center Elmer received the high performing ranking for back surgery and pneumonia.

Because U.S. News & World Report used data mostly from 2019 or prior years, Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, which opened in December 2019, was not included in this report.

U.S. News & World Report reviews hospitals’ performance in 15 adult specialties, 10 pediatric specialties, and 17 surgical procedures and medical conditions.  Nearly 5,000 hospitals were analyzed and 30,000 physicians were surveyed to determine the 2021-2022 report.
