Mullica Hill, NJ (February 25, 2026) – Inspira Health announced an enhanced shared decision-making structure designed to further strengthen “systemness” across the organization. Through smaller, cross-functional teams, the new leadership structure will provide additional opportunities for leaders to share learnings, align on priorities and make decisions as a more cohesive unit. This model is intended to build on preexisting collaborative relationships in order to streamline cross-department coordination and accelerate decision-making, further strengthening the execution of Inspira’s mission to deliver access to safe, high-quality care.
“Our community counts on Inspira to be there in the moments that matter,” said Amy B. Mansue, CEO, Inspira Health. “Strengthening how our leaders work together across the system helps us continue to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our patients and their families so that they can get the care they need close to home, every time.”
“True systemness means every employee is aligned around one clear mission that guides every strategy and decision we make. At Inspira, that means providing a safe and compassionate experience that improves the health and well-being of the communities we serve,” said Warren E. Moore, FACHE, President and Chief Operating Officer, Inspira Health. “As change within the health care industry continues to accelerate, we’re evolving our leadership model so we can operate more effectively as a single organization with a shared purpose, allowing us to move faster, stay aligned and deliver on Inspira’s community-first mission with greater consistency and accountability.”
To support this new structure, Inspira is appointing the following executives to help lead Inspira’s systemness model in close partnership with both Inspira’s President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026:
“Inspira is committed to providing excellent care, and these new leadership appointments are a reflection of that purpose,” continued Moore. “With their proven leadership, their collective tenure at Inspira and shared passion for advancing care and performance, Lydia, John, April and Ruth will be central to bringing new innovations in clinical care and quality performance while enhancing the overall care journey for our patients across the communities we call home.”
