In fact, just 24 hours after you stop using tobacco, your risk of heart attack begins to decrease. Two weeks to 3 months later your lung function begins to improve. Whether you’re taking steps to quit smoking, chewing tobacco, or vaping, the Inspira Quit Center provides comprehensive services, all at no cost.

Virtual and In-person Services Available
Our certified tobacco treatment specialists are proud to offer a free smoking cessation assessment by phone or in-person to individuals from Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester counties. Eligible patients can have free nicotine replacement patches and gum or lozenges shipped directly to their homes.
Additionally, our six-week quit groups are now offered virtually or in-person
