Behind the Scenes: Cooking Up a 'Power Plate' in the Vineland Cafeteria

President & CEO Amy Mansue heads in to the kitchen with the food and nutrition team at Inspira Medical Center Vineland and participates in the team's "power plate" activity. During this hands-on process, the team prepares and delivers a meal to a unit within the hospital, where a group of nurses get the opportunity provide their feedback to ensure the food meets the taste and quality standards our patients deserve.
