Sep 15, 2025

Mullica Hill, NJ (September 15, 2025) – Inspira Health is proud to announce that its Nurse Residency Program at Inspira Medical Centers Mullica Hill, Vineland, and Elmer has earned accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP). This marks the first time Inspira has received this prestigious accreditation, placing it among a select group of health systems in Southern New Jersey and underscoring its leadership in nursing residency excellence across the region.

The ANCC PTAP accreditation is awarded to health care organizations that demonstrate the highest standards in nurse onboarding, professional development, and evidence-based practice. Inspira’s teams have demonstrated their commitment to empowering early-career nurses by exhibiting excellence in program leadership and design, meeting and exceeding program goals, enhancing patient outcomes, refining onboarding processes, and advancing practice-based learning.

“I am elated that we have been recognized as one of the only health systems in the region to meet the ANCC PTAP standards – a true testament to the passion and dedication of our nursing, education, and interdisciplinary teams,” said Terri Veneziano, Chief Nursing Officer for Inspira Health. “I’ve seen firsthand the difference that a structured, supportive residency can make on a new to practice nurse’s career. I am so proud to work with teams who are fully invested in the success of our nurses and in strengthening our ability to deliver outstanding, patient-centered care to our communities.”

This milestone reinforces Inspira’s dedication to empowering future nursing professionals and advancing the quality of patient care in South Jersey. Inspira continues to invest in clinical education, mentorship, and innovation, setting a new standard for nurse development and support across the region.
