Over 34.2 million Americans give unpaid assistance to an adult over the age of 50 every year. As such, the value of unpaid caregiving in the United States has been steadily increasing over the last decade—outstripping the combined cost of paid home care and total Medicaid spending each year. These statistics make it crystal clear: Caregivers need care too.
Inspira offers five state-of-the-art sleep centers conveniently located across Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. Our sleep centers offer patients a comfortable, home-like environment equipped with the latest technology for diagnosing and treating various sleep disorders.
At Inspira, our board-certified sleep specialists and licensed polysomnographers (sleep technicians) will determine your specific sleep problems through an in-lab diagnostic sleep study—a non-invasive procedure that records your sleep pattern, breathing, oxygen level, heart rate and rhythm, brainwave activity, and muscle tone while you sleep overnight. Inspira also offers patients home sleep testing, demonstrated by sleep technicians and overseen by experienced sleep specialists, to diagnose or rule out breathing-related conditions like sleep apnea.
We also diagnose, manage and treat pediatric sleep disorders for patients three years old and up, and will work with you and your family to accommodate your little one’s needs when they visit our sleep centers.
By taking a multidisciplinary approach to your care, we diagnose and treat a range of sleep disorders, including:
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
- Central Sleep Apnea (CSA)
- Insomnia
- Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
- Parasomnias
- Night Terrors
- Sleep Paralysis
- Narcolepsy
Inspira Sleep Centers offers patients a wide variety of educational resources on sleep topics such as obstructive sleep apnea, snoring and diabetes.
