Inspira Health is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity and accountability. To support our employees, providers and community partners, we’ve gathered key resources from federal, state and industry organizations that help guide compliance in health care.

Compliance Tools and Links

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

The CMS administers Medicare and partners with states to manage Medicaid. It establishes health care regulations, promotes quality improvement and provides tools to support compliance across the health system.

MedLearn Educational Products

MedLearn, CMS’s official provider of educational resources, offers online training courses, guides, fact sheets, videos and other materials to help providers stay informed about Medicare program requirements.

Office of Inspector General (OIG)

The OIG safeguards the integrity of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) programs through audits, investigations and inspections designed to prevent fraud, waste and abuse.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

The FDA, part of HHS, protects public health by ensuring the safety, effectiveness and security of drugs, medical devices, biological products, the food supply, cosmetics, radiation-emitting products and tobacco.

Office for Civil Rights (OCR)

The OCR enforces laws that protect the privacy and security of health information, ensuring that patients’ rights are upheld across the health care system.

National Institutes of Health (NIH)

The NIH is the nation’s primary medical research agency. With 27 institutes and centers, NIH supports research nationwide and worldwide, advancing discoveries that improve health, prevent disease and develop new treatments and cures.

New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA) Price Compare

NJHA’s Price Compare tool allows consumers to review hospital performance across New Jersey. This public reporting initiative helps patients make informed choices and supports hospitals’ efforts to improve quality, safety and efficiency.

Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse Booklet

This resource provides guidance on recognizing and reporting potential fraud, waste and abuse in the Medicare program, helping to protect patients and preserve program integrity.
