Our Approach to Corporate Compliance 

Compliance means doing the right thing for the right reasons. At Inspira, our Corporate Compliance department ensures that we uphold our commitment to making ethical and responsible decisions every day. 

The Corporate Compliance department extends across the entire network, including our hospitals, LIFE program, outpatient services, trustees, employees, medical staff, faculty, volunteers and students. We uphold our Code of Conduct through ongoing training and education, monitoring systems, clear sanctions for noncompliance, a confidential helpline for reporting potential ethical or legal concerns and more.
