Amy B. Mansue has dedicated four decades to advancing health care, serving in both the public sector and within leading hospitals and health systems across New Jersey. Known for her visionary leadership, she is committed to creating exceptional health care experiences, promoting employee wellness and strengthening the communities she serves. Under her guidance, Inspira has been recognized as a Top Workplace and has grown into a trusted community partner. After serving as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2020 to 2025, Amy continues her leadership as CEO, focused on advancing the organization’s mission and long-term strategic vision.
Prior to joining Inspira Health, Amy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at RWJBarnabas Health and as CEO of Children’s Specialized Hospital. She has chaired numerous statewide organizations, including the Rutgers University Board of Trustees, the New Jersey Hospital Association Board and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board. She currently serves as lead director of the Middlesex Water Company board, audit chair of the Rutgers University Board of Governors, a member of the New Jersey Resources board and a member of the New Jersey Hospital Association board. Amy earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social welfare from The University of Alabama.
Warren E. Moore, FACHE, was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Inspira Health in January 2026 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to 2025. He has dedicated more than 30 years of service to the health care industry, guided by an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety. Through strategic initiatives and thoughtful expansion, Moore has positioned Inspira to better serve its communities across South Jersey. As President and COO, he leads operations across the network’s hospitals, health centers, and outpatient locations, advancing clinical quality and patient experience while meeting budget and operational goals.
Prior to joining Inspira Health, Moore spent 23 years at RWJBarnabas Health, including roles as CEO of Children’s Specialized Hospital and Senior Vice President of Pediatric Services.He has served on a variety of boards and committees, including the Children’s Hospital Association, the New Jersey Council of Children’s Hospitals, the New Jersey Innovation Institute, and the NJHA Health Research and Education Trust.
Moore holds degrees from the University of Maryland and Rider University and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He sits on several boards and committees and has received honors such as BINJE Best in Health Care (2025), the Infantry Inspiration Award (2019), Rider University Distinguished Alumni Harold L. Conover Leadership Award (2018), Hugs for Brady Foundation Medical Humanitarian of the Year (2018), and the Healthcare Institute of New Jersey Patient Advocate Award (2016).
