Our Approach to Breastfeeding Assistance
Breastfeeding provides significant health benefits for both mom and baby. Our team provides new moms with breastfeeding education that helps them not only provide optimal nutrition, but also bond with their babies.
Because this is a learning process, we offer classes as well as one-on-one support even before you deliver.
The maternity care team at Inspira’s Medical Centers in Elmer, Vineland and Mullica Hill includes lactation consultants and nurses trained in breastfeeding to add to the support you receive from your obstetrician or midwife.
Additional Breastfeeding Support
Inspira offers a Breastfeeding Support "Warmline," where mothers can call to speak with a lactation consultant for help with breastfeeding issues, questions and problems.
- For patients of Inspira Medical Centers Elmer and Vineland
- For patients of Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill
