Kurt W. Kaulback, MD, FACC
Program Director
Dr. Kurt Kaulback serves as the Program Director for the Inspira Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. He has been practicing clinical and interventional cardiology for more than 31 years. Dr. Kaulback earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine, followed by fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Pranav Patel, MD, FACC
Associate Program Director
Pranav Patel, MD serves as the Associate Program Director for the Inspira Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Patel pursued fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (2019).
Jenna Schoppe
Program Manager
Jenna serves as the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program Manager. She earned both her Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Lynn University. In her role, she supports the administrative and operational oversight of the fellowship program, working closely with faculty and trainees to ensure seamless program coordination and ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
Ayobamidele Balogun, MD, FACC

Dr. Balogun received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, where he built a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care. Dr. Balogun is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine (General).
Martin Scott Dawson, MD, FACC

Dr. Dawson is a graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his internship and residency training at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and went on to complete fellowship training at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Dawson is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiology and holds additional certifications from the American Society of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
Jean Gué, MD, FACC

Dr. Jean Gué earned his medical degree through UAG School of Medicine in affiliation with New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Gué is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
Thomas Moccia, DO, FACC

Thomas Moccia, DO earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his internship at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, followed by residency training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He went on to pursue fellowship training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Moccia is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiology and holds additional certifications from the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
Gregory Norcross, MD, FACC

Gregory Norcross, MD earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2018. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2021. Dr. Norcross pursued advanced cardiovascular training at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, completing a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease in 2024, followed by fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology in 2025. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine (2021) and Cardiovascular Disease (2024), with board certification in Interventional Cardiology.
Farooq Padder, MD, FACC

Dr. Padder completed his medical education at Government Medical College in Srinagar, Kashmir, India, and his internship at the Associated Hospitals of the same institution. He went on to complete residency training at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in affiliation with Nassau County Medical Center in Stony Brook, New York. Dr. Padder pursued advanced fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, followed by specialized fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Dr. Stalam is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (2019).
