Dr. James F. Baird IV is the founding Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency at Inspira Mullica Hill. A practicing emergency physician, he also serves as Medical Director of Education for the Gloucester County EMS EMT Training Academy. Dr. Baird graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and holds triple board certifications in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Addiction Medicine.
He completed fellowships in Health Executive Leadership (FHELA, Seton Hall University) and Health Policy Studies (TIPS, NYIT).
Dr. Baird has received numerous honors including:

Katie Schultes, MD

Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr. Schultes is a board-certified Emergency Physician and graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (now Rutgers). She completed her EM residency at Cooper University Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident (2014–2015).
At Inspira, she chairs the Clinical Competency and Program Evaluation Committees, serves Medical Director of the Senior Emergency Department, and is Vice Chair of the department. Her professional interests include physician wellness, mentorship, and public health education through media engagement.
Outside of medicine, Dr Schultes is a proud wife and mom to three active boys. She enjoys family life, staying active, and balancing her roles as a physician and parent.

Yvonne Soto
Program Manager, Emergency Medicine Residency
Yvonne Soto ensures the smooth daily operations of the EM residency program—from scheduling and accreditation to resident support. Her commitment to resident success is evident in the care she brings to her work.
Yvonne finds joy in watching residents grow into compassionate, skilled physicians. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
She is the mother of this residency!
