Carla Dugas, DO
Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director
Carla Dugas attended medical school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her Emergency Medicine residency at Kent Hospital in Warwick Rhode Island. After graduating in 2011, Dr Dugas has been a key member of South jersey Healthcare Emergency Physicians Services staffing the emergency departments in Vineland, Elmer and Bridgeton. She has served on their board of directors since 2018. Dr Dugas has been a faculty member for the emergency medicine residency in Vineland since it inception in 2013. In 2016 she played a pivotal role in the design and building of the simulation program and lab at the Vineland campus. She as been the Medical director of the simulation center since that time.
With a wealth of experience oil both clinical practice and medical education Dr Dugas is deeply committed to advancing the field of Emergency Medicine.

Jerry Milas, DO
Emergency Medicine Residency Assistant Program Director
Dr. Milas started his career with Inspira Health in 2008 after graduating medical school from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completing a combined residency in Emergency and Internal Medicine from Midwestern University. Working as an emergency medicine physician for South Jersey Health System Emergency Physician Services, he was a member of the board of directors for 12 years. He also served as vice chair of emergency medicine and medical director of the Inspira Elmer Emergency Department during that time. He helped found the Emergency Medicine Residency at Inspira Medical Center Vineland and has served as assistant program director since its inception. When he is not working or helping teach future generations of emergency medicine physicians, Dr. Milas enjoys spending time with his four children and his dogs, home projects and renovations, antique cars, traveling, restaurants, and Philly sports.
